"Ive been a customer for about 1 year now. Since day 1 I have had trouble with this company. Down to getting the address wrong and then changing my rate. I had an accident that was supposed to be covered however apparently traveling out of state is a big problem with this company especially if they have to pay. I had trouble renting my vehicle. I witnessed the representative telling my rental company that my account was under investigation. This whole year has been an absolute mess with them. My insurance is not being renewed because I do not have paystubs. Mind you I now have 4 days to find a new insurance because at this point I feel like I'm being targeted or maybe pushed away from this company. I do not have pay stubs being that I am self employed. Bank statements are no longer accepted for my case. They will not accept any other document. Shame on you State Farm you need to do better."
